About the Role:
The Human Resources Operations business unit provides core support services in HR Business Partnering, Health Safety & Wellbeing, Recruitment, and HR Information Systems to management and employees across Mind. We are seeking a self-motivated, high-performing Human Resources Systems Advisor for a 6-month fixed term (with potential to become ongoing), full-time opportunity to work within the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries received through the HRIS inbox, email, or telephone, providing advice on HR processes and HR technology systems.
Support the HR Systems Support & Reporting Lead in providing technical support, including the investigation and resolution of issues for HR and people-related systems.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding system maintenance, defect management, system improvements, and user acceptance testing.
Provide reporting and insights from various HR systems, manipulating data via Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring compliance checks and employment requirements align with position descriptions.
What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Human Resources, Business Analysis, Systems Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in Not For Profit, Community Services, Welfare, Mental Health, Healthcare, or Disability services sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in a similar HR administrator, business analysis, or systems administration role.
Knowledge and experience using HR information and payroll systems, e.g., CHRIS21, PageUp, and TimeTarget.
Ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft 365 products.
