Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated HR professional with a true 'generalist' background to join our friendly team. The key focus of this role will be to support an efficient and effective human resource service in a results-driven customer-oriented environment.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner , this position is for a six-month fixed term leave coverage period based at our Jandakot, WA operations on a Monday to Friday roster.
Role and Responsibilities Provide best practice advice and guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions Initiate and undertake project work as directed by the Senior HR Team Provide visa support and assist with compliance Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills About us: We are a close-knit team who work very collaboratively and are trusted with a high degree of autonomy.
