Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated HR professional with a true 'generalist' background to join our friendly team. The key focus of this role will be to support an efficient and effective human resource service in a results-driven customer-oriented environment.Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this position is for a six-month fixed term leave coverage period based at our Jandakot, WA operations on a Monday to Friday roster.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide best practice advice and guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and proceduresManage employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actionsInitiate and undertake project work as directed by the Senior HR TeamProvide visa support and assist with complianceQualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources roleStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practiceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbout us:We are a close-knit team who work very collaboratively and are trusted with a high degree of autonomy.
