We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, permanent HR Services Lead to join MACA.
This role, based at our head office in Welshpool, is pivotal in several key areas including collection, analysis and interpretation of data, overseeing annual remuneration processes and supervision of HR Administration and Global Mobility team members.

Responsibilities: Analyse HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment efficiency, to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Oversee monthly HR reporting.Prepare and lodge the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) report on behalf of the company.Create dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.Contribute to bi-annual market salary surveys through the MACA external remuneration consultant, RemSmart, and incorporate survey outcomes into company compensation systems.Coordinate the annual salary, wage and bonus review program.Conduct BOOT testing in line with modern award requirements.Supervise the 2 HR Administrators and Global Mobility Officer and play an active role in the day-to-day and process improvement aspects of their roles.Proactively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve health and safety performance across your work group.To be successful in this role, you will possess: Degree qualification in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
