In this role, you will take care of the operational HR management mainly in payroll, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee experience.
At the same time, you will act as the main contact providing guidance to the employees regarding the HR services.
Your DutiesAct as the main contact for employees regarding HR services to solve queries and doubts for current and future employees.Drive the employee life cycle including talent acquisition, hiring processes, corporate onboarding trainings, new hirings follow-up interviews, training tracking for each employee, labor certificates, employees' files, etc.Manage all employee benefits including saving fund, infonavit, fonacot, edenred, health checkups, life insurance, medical expenses, and others.Keep our management systems updated in Workday, Sirce, Fonacot, Monex, and other HR-related systems.Coordinate daily work and updates with internal customers through effective communication.Strengthen and develop HR providers in collaboration with the purchasing department.Your Profile5 years of relevant experience operating payroll, compensation & benefits, employee experience, and talent acquisition.Working knowledge of industry standards and practices is a plus.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR Management Systems (Edender, Monex, Sirce, Workday, CEMEFI).Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, as well as corporate responsibility, given that this role is part of the CSR committee.This role is inclusive and welcomes all profiles, emphasizing the importance of diversity and equality in the workplace.
