We're looking for an HR Senior Data Analyst to provide support across a number of our People systems and their integrations, as well as assisting in the delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions to our vast community of solvers. Use the know-how you've gained in Recruitment or Human Resources with Human Resources Information Systems experience and IT background. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you work with our People & Culture teams to reimagine their data, enhancing the insights to be able to interpret in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in HR or TA Systems, you'll solve problems by maintaining, creating and establishing slick dashboard reporting across the firm . In our People & Culture team, you'll also: Be accountable for the day to day management of data within our Human Capital systems Make important business decisions around talent and people initiatives Establish processes, training, education and governance to maintain accuracy and integrity of system data Set up, maintain and work with internal stakeholders across different centres of excellence and the firm to manage sophisticated enhancements to our systems More information about you You have a strong attention to detail, ability to learn and likely a love of data analytics and how data can be used to tell a story. It is highly desirable that you are skilled in one or all of the following systems: Workday, Phenom, Service Now, DAX, SQL, Alteryx and Power BI and hold an understanding of soft skills required for the role (e.g. technical acumen and analytical methodologies).
