We're searching for an enthusiastic HR & Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Rutherford location!
What you'll be doing Partner with the Senior HR & Safety Advisor to deliver strategic initiatives in line with the Zeal Futures HR & Safety Business Plan. Provide expert advice on all aspects of HR and Safety, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, industrial relations, and policy development. Manage a caseload of injured workers to ensure a safe and sustainable recovery at work. Support employee relations and workplace health and safety initiatives across all functions. Contribute to safety compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. Drive engagement and build a culture of safety and performance throughout the organisation. What you'll bring to the table A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business (HR) Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, with a Certificate IV in WHS (desirable). At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge of current HR and safety legislation, policies, and practices. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and influence at all levels. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a natural curiosity, dedication, and results-driven mindset.
