We're searching for an enthusiastic HR & Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Rutherford location!
What you'll be doing Partner with the Senior HR & Safety Advisor to deliver strategic initiatives in line with the Zeal Futures HR & Safety Business Plan.Provide expert advice on all aspects of HR and Safety, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, industrial relations, and policy development.Manage a caseload of injured workers to ensure a safe and sustainable recovery at work.Support employee relations and workplace health and safety initiatives across all functions.Contribute to safety compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.Drive engagement and build a culture of safety and performance throughout the organisation.What you'll get in return A dynamic role where no two days are the same.Exposure to strategic activities that will develop your expertise in both HR and Safety.Tools for success including a laptop, mobile, and workstation, plus guidance from a Senior Advisor.A flexible working environment with occasional travel and a commitment to balancing personal and professional needs.Training and development opportunities to continually grow and upskill.The opportunity to make a difference working for a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to changing lives.Annual leave loading of 17.5%.Discounted fitness and lifestyle benefits.What you'll bring to the table A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business (HR) Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, with a Certificate IV in WHS (desirable).At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge of current HR and safety legislation, policies, and practices.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and influence at all levels.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a natural curiosity, dedication, and results-driven mindset.How to Apply To apply, please follow the 'Apply Now' button below and upload your Cover Letter and Resume.
