Hr Recruiter - Urgent Opening

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate shall possess min. 1 year of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, demonstrating a successful track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and online sourcing channels. Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with candidates. Provide regular updates to the hiring team/ manager on recruitment status and metrics. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements:

Tech-savvy Critical-thinking skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle Working Hours: 10am - 7pm
