You'll work within a supportive team of 5, taking ownership of the recruitment function and building strong partnerships with managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions. What You'll Do: Lead and Coordinate End-to-End Recruitment: Work closely with hiring manager guiding them to identify and attract top talent. Strategic Partnership: Coaching and guiding managers to think strategically about their hiring needs. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools Enhance Processes: Review, create, and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Drive Recruitment Outcomes: Oversee administrative aspects like ad drafting, working with managers, and preparing contracts while evolving the team into a more strategic space. Team Collaboration: Partner with your team and managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service that reflects a customer-service-oriented mindset. What We're Looking For: Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, with prior experience working across an internal or agency recruitment environment. Outgoing and Vibrant Personality: Resilient, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to drive results. Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service and guiding stakeholders through the recruitment journey.
