The Opportunity: To support continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to establish and lead our people support centre, based in Perth. Once established, the people support centre will provide Tier 1 HR & Learning support, and HRIS administration for our national business of over 2500 employees. In addition, there are opportunities to work on other exciting projects, including an HRIS implementation. You will collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals, and make a real difference.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Establish and lead the people support centre, including the design and implementation of service offerings. Implement a ticketing system to enhance team workflow and reporting capabilities. Lead a team to manage Tier 1 HR queries about policies, benefits, and procedures; oversee staff change and contract workflow to ensure timely processing. Maintain HRIS master data and organizational hierarchy and administer the LMS. Act as a key member in the Dayforce HRIS implementation. Plan for succession, manage staffing levels, and address training and development needs for team members. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resource or a related field. 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with specific experience & expertise in a People Services environment. Capability to lead and mentor HR Advisors, Officers, and Administrators effectively. Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Strong ability to navigate complex situations with practical and logical thinking, delivering business-focused solutions. Experience in HRIS implementation projects. Why Join Centurion?
