Potential For Extension
About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a HR Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 12 months with potential for extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support HR team in recruitment and onboarding: place job adverts, screen candidates, arrange pre-employment procedures, assist with onboarding including inductions, paperwork, and orientation.
Assist in preparing HR documentation: contracts, employment variations, and other HR paperwork as needed.
Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
Administer CORPS Housing policy: maintain lease records, manage payments, handle inventory and inspections post personnel movements.
Support management of HR system.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience supporting HR team
Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility
Knowledge of HR legislative requirements (desirable)
Experience with Employment Hero software (desirable)
