In this dynamic and constantly evolving sector, it's your drive to deliver our business goals that will keep our organisation competitive for the future.Your new role as Quality Compliance Officer will see you assist the Quality Department implement and drive the development of the Network Aviation quality systems as they relate to Group guidelines and relevant legislation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating quality and safety meetings, analysing data, preparing reports and assisting with audits.  The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a quality role and the ability to work in a team environment within the airline industry.Demonstrated experience with Change and Risk Management activitiesUnderstanding and experience of Human Factors and how it relates to an airline within an engineering environmentExperience leading and participating in aviation audits and investigations (Lead Auditor qualifications considered highly advantageous)A passion for continuous improvement and effective communication style to bring employees on this journeyHigh level of computer literacy  Why Qantas?
