St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore – Lismore NSW
This role is part of the St Vincent's Lismore People & Culture team, reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager.

In this role you will provide HR support and assistance to the Executive team, Department Heads, Managers and 600+ employees of St Vincent's Lismore.
Your work will cover all HR functional areas and HR coordination including:
Recruitment and onboarding Training coordination Employee Relations/Industrial Relations Safety and Compliance Rewards and Recognition HR information and Pay/Rostering Workers Compensation and injury management Culture and wellbeing We have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available as part of the People and Culture team at St Vincent's Lismore campus.

Experience in the HR field, preferably with experience across recruitment and onboarding An understanding of relevant employment and WHS frameworks, policies, procedures, and systems, and the ability to translate these for employees and managers.
Demonstrated commitment to compliance with employment law and regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with and influence all levels of stakeholders.
High degree of emotional intelligence and a drive to contribute to the workplace culture of employees Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal About us
