You will be engaged on a full-time max term basis to cover parental leave (Potential to move to a permanent position).
Ideal candidates will be experienced administrators with a strong interest and background in Human Resources, capable of providing support across a range of HR and administrative activities.You will report operationally to the Divisional Manager in Port Hedland and functionally to the HR Manager in Perth.
You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and maintaining consistent practices while fostering strong communication throughout the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a range of employee lifecycle activities.Manage employee relations, providing guidance on resolving disputes, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Support performance management processes, including facilitating employee reviews, development plans, and corrective actions as necessary.Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business goals and legal standards.Conduct HR investigations, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.Administer HR processes, including leave management, employee records, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Facilitate employee training and development programs, identifying opportunities for upskilling and workforce development.Monitor and maintain the quality of HR processes and recommend continuous improvements.Collaborate with management on workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and other strategic HR projects.Assist the wider group with administrative activities as required, ensuring seamless support across departments.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in Administration/HR preferably within the transport, logistics, or mining industries.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices (desirable).Proven experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and HR investigations.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ready to ApplyPlease submit an up-to-date resume and include a cover letter outlining a little bit about yourself, your availability, your experience and why you think you would be a good fit for the role.At Cropline Group we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
