Hands on People Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment processes, including job postings, screening of applications, and coordinating interviews. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Organise training and development activities for employees, including identifying training needs and organising relevant programs. Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Maintain accurate records of personnel information and HR-related documentation. Handle performance management processes, including monitoring appraisal schedules and providing administrative support as needed. Contribute to the maintenance of a positive work environment through effective communication and initiatives that promote employee engagement. **Requirements:**
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar HR role. Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and best practices. Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
