If you're passionate about people and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!THE "PEPSICO" EDGEAn opportunity to join a Global FMCG Company Attractive Remuneration Excellent Health & Wellness Programs We offer an Agile & Flexible Working EnvironmentPersonal and Professional growth opportunities Be part of an organisation committed to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionTHE OPPORTUNITYSupport the HR generalist team in onsite with daily tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and separations.Serve as a vital link between HR and Payroll, ensuring timely processing of new starters and employee changes.Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records for the site workforce, following HR guidelines.Provide support to the broader ANZ HR team with system usage and reporting, acting as the myHR system Superuser.Aid in invoice processing for the Human Resources team using Aquila & SAP.Coordinate compliance activities for sites, ensuring timely completion of training.Contribute to executing HR initiatives focused on enhancing site capability, efficiency and employee engagement.Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.ABOUT YOUTertiary Qualification in HR or related discipline desirableDesire to develop in the Industrial relations space, with some exposure beneficialAbility to connect and engage with people at all levels of the organisation.Strong and professional communication style with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Ability to organise self and others, to deliver quality work in a fast paced environmentHave exceptional attention to detail, flexible and resilientWe invite you to apply for this fantastic opportunity.
