Our Benefits on Offer:Competitive base remuneration with fortnightly payPermanent employment contract offering four (4) weeks of paid annual leave and 10 days of paid personal leaveSalary sacrifice opportunitiesYour Roles Duties, and Responsibilities:This position will assist in mobilising all personnel for the required project and report directly to the HR/IR Manager.
As HR-Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be involved in the process, including personnel selection, onboarding, training, inductions, and mobilising personnel to the site. The position will require initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills in the recruitment/onboarding process.
Liaise with Project & Site Managers on requirements for Kerman personnel & subcontractors personnel required on the project.Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to source Blue- & White-collar personnel.Assist with managing administrative duties relating to new starters in the business.Oversee all subcontractor's personnel onboarding and mobilisation to site.Update all Recruitment and Mobilisation Registers.Prepare all documentation required in the onboarding process.Booking of medicals/induction/training for direct Kerman personnel.Responsible for the efficient mobilisation and monitoring to ensure effective administrative support.Booking training (V.O.C and Site Specific).Organising PPE.About you:Equivalent combination within the construction Industry of experience, education and training.3+ years' experience in the Construction industry.Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Previous working knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems and Onboarding software, e.g. ERMS etcExperience working on multiple disciplinary projects.If you are interested in the position at Kerman's and believe your skills, personality, team-focused mentality, and experience align with the requirements mentioned, we encourage you to submit your application today.
