Then we might be looking for you. We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Sydney, reporting to the Head of HR APAC. You will be responsible for the end-to-end HR function within Australia and New Zealand, be involved in global and regional HR initiatives and projects, and collaborate with our international offices and managers.
What will you do? You will play a key role in partnering with the businesses in Australia and New Zealand offices and the Global HR community to develop and implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent. You will act as a people partner to our employees and strive to provide a positive employee experience through key HR activities. Ensure HR policies comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices. Manage vendor/service relationships and service level agreements with specific business units/partners to support business growth/transformation and build organizational capability. Monitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness. Ensure process improvement and modify/adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of the defined organization. You will be involved in executing Group and Regional HR initiatives and projects designed to provide a holistic employee experience throughout the employee life cycle. What do we expect from you? You have a minimum of 6 years' experience in human resources. Previous experience partnering with the business at a senior management & executive level in a complex environment (e.g., multi-country/customers). Proven experience of leading deployment of complex organizational change projects. You are able to manage different stakeholders in different cultures. You have excellent communication skills and are able to multi-task and work independently. You possess a can-do spirit, enjoy challenges, and most importantly, work hard and laugh hard!
