Making waves on the global stage, the Australian-based team works hard to design and manufacture innovative products for award-winning interiors, both locally and internationally.Due to an exciting period of change, they are looking for an established HR Manager to join the team.
This role works across all HR functions within the Australian business and provides HR support for roughly 150 employees nationwide.
With 1 direct report, responsibilities include setting up processes, conducting performance reviews and conflict resolution, ensuring best practices and compliance, supporting payroll as needed, and more.Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Richmond, relocating to Essendon Fields in mid to late 2025.
Candidates seeking 0.8 FTE hours or a schedule of 5 days a week (9 AM - 3 PM) will be considered.
