We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with 5 to 8 years of expertise to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate will be providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee management.
This role involves aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving talent management strategies.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
Manage AU HR OperationsManage Payroll & AdministrationManage Compensation & Benefits operationsTaking care of Systems ManagementTaking care of On-boarding, orientation of new employeesInvolve in People and culture projects and initiativesQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in handling a similar strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders and influencing decision-making at all levels.
