We're partnering exclusively with a reputable global law firm that excels in delivering quality, service excellence and value to their clients.

The firm is seeking a HR Manager for Sydney, to join an innovative and collaborative national HR team and represent the firm's high-performing culture. You will also provide mentoring and guidance to the Sydney HR Advisor and HR Coordinator who will report directly to you.

You'll be reporting into an engaging Head of HR and be given the autonomy to drive success through providing strategic business partnering with senior leaders as well as developing and leading people initiatives across your national portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR strategy in alignment with your stakeholder group.Be a trusted advisor, providing strategic business partnering support to the Office Managing Partner and other leaders. Provide guidance and mentoring to the HR Advisor and HR Coordinator who will report to you. Lead the talent management program for your group, meeting business goals through the development, engagement and retention of individuals.Collaborate with otherHR Managers/Business Partners on broader company or People & Culture initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be motivated in achieving high performance results in line with the firm's culture and values. You will be able to work collaboratively in what is a tight-knit HR team in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having courageous conversations and ability to work under pressure, resilient, and robust. Candidates that come from legal or a professional services background will be highly preferred as this experience fosters a deep understanding of working in dynamic client-focused environments.
