Hr Manager

The Human Resources Manager is a key role in developing the sourcing, onboarding, and professional development of all staff in an organization. This position significantly impacts the performance and endurance of a solid business model. We currently have a need for an experienced HR Manager to ensure compliance with our processes, policies, and procedures in recruiting the right support staff.
You will need to possess the following skills:
Sourcing candidates based in AUOnboarding new staffOrganizing and overseeing professional development and training of staffEnsuring that existing staff are familiar with the Policies and Procedures within the businessExperience: 2-3 years minimum as a HR Manager or Senior Recruitment OfficerAbility to work to stringent deadlinesA high degree of integrity and loyalty to the organizationExcel admin skills, especially with Admin and PPT PresentationsExperience Levels: Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs), Expert (5+ yrs)
