The Role:As the HR Manager at Energy Advance, you'll play a crucial role in leading and overseeing HR functions across the business. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll be part of the senior management team, driving initiatives that enhance our workplace culture, support staff development, and ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract top talent in our expanding teamManage performance reviews, employee development plans, and productivity initiativesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and best practicesFacilitate staff meetings and culture-building events that foster a collaborative work environmentEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulationsOversee contracts, employment agreements, and HR documentationProvide guidance and support to management on people-related issues and performance managementAbout You:We are looking for an HR professional who is proactive, empathetic, and skilled in building relationships. You'll thrive in this role if you have a strategic mindset, are solutions-focused, and can adapt to the needs of a growing business. Key qualifications include:
