Our leading national retail business is seeking a highly experienced Senior People & Culture leader to join our team on a part or full-time basis (depending on the candidate and remit). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our People & Culture.
Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO and directors to develop and implement our people strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives.Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the People & Culture function and team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.Lead employment relations functions across the business, including performance reviews, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and performance development.Manage recruitment, induction and onboarding processes for a permanent and casual workforce.Provide advice on HR legislative requirements.Manage HR administration, policies and procedures and salary reviews.Culture & Values: Champion our company culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.Develop learning & development and company culture initiatives.Minimum Requirements:Min 5 years HR experience, ideally in a similar Fashion or Retail environment.Extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and Retail Award legislation.Tertiary qualifications in HR.Ability to work onsite in Melbourne's inner east.People-oriented, with the ability to build rapport and coach individuals at all levels.This is a wonderful opportunity to bring skills and experience and join an innovative, passionate, successful organisation.
