The Role A true HR Generalist position, this role offers the opportunity to engage in every aspect of the employee life cycle, from attraction to retention and beyond. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for niche technical and specialist roles. In employee relations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing complex cases with confidence, and providing support on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Additionally, you will oversee performance management processes, partnering with managers to set objectives, conduct appraisals, and guide professional growth. Your contributions will be essential in driving initiatives for employee engagement, shaping policies that align with the company's values, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
