Reporting to the GM – Shared Services, you'll establish a strategic HR vision, aligning workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Workforce Planning & Strategy: Lead workforce planning initiatives to align staffing with commercial growth and implement data-driven insights.HR Process & Policy Development: Design HR policies that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster scalability.Recruitment & Onboarding: Create recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, collaborating with agencies and streamlining onboarding.Performance & Talent Management: Build structured performance frameworks to drive accountability and employee development.Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance with Australian employment laws, coordinating with external consultants and proactively managing risk.Training & Development: Develop programs for skills enhancement, compliance, and leadership development, supporting our succession and promotion goals.What You'll Bring: Qualifications: Degree in HR or related discipline.Experience: 5+ years in commercial HR management, with a strong background in HR systems, policy creation, and compliance.Skills: Analytical, process-oriented, and an exceptional communicator with a knack for aligning HR with business outcomes.What We Offer: Career Progression: Opportunity to grow with a market leader in the talent industry, driving HR strategy for multiple brands.Employee Engagement: Join a culture that values recognition, development, and a team-oriented approach.Competitive Package: Attractive salary and benefits, including management of training and employee engagement budgets.Ready to make your mark?
