With 60 years in operation under their belt, you'll be working within a third-generation family-owned and operated company based in Walla Walla NSW.
The business has gone through a significant amount of growth with 200 staff across two sites, which means they now need another pair of hands in their HR department.
Communication is key in this role.
You'll be working with all walks and ages of life, from apprentices to experienced tradesmen, management and executive staff. It will be your role to ensure you are building solid relationships with all team members and stakeholders.
Working alongside the Chief People Officer, you will be supporting and supported in all HR facets of the organisation. One of these will be a heavy focus on recruitment.

You're screening skills and interviewing experience are second to none and you love being the matchmaker for people and their roles.
Not only is it the recruitment piece you will champion, you will also be playing a key role in the completion of all onboarding processes for new employees, generating contracts of employment and providing advice on relevant correspondence with regards to employee entitlements.
A HR Degree would be ideal; however, it is not essential. What would be the perfect trifecta is someone who has solid HR experience, is extremely competent, and highly organised.
