DCJ is focused on achieving safe, just, inclusive, and resilient communities by providing services that are effective and responsive to community needs.Your roleAs a HR Manager, Business Partnering, at DCJ, you will leverage your extensive HR experience to provide high-level strategic support to managers at all levels in various business units across DCJ, such as Corrective Services NSW, Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD), Law Reform and Legal Services (LRLS), Homes NSW, Child Protection and Permanency, and/or Corporate Services.As an experienced HR leader, you will be instrumental in driving HR best practice and leading HR initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. Your leadership style will be transformational, people-centred, and respectful, and you will have exceptional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.In addition to leading and developing a team with various direct reports, providing strategic advice to all levels of management, and anticipating and addressing potential industrial risks before they arise, some of the key focus areas for this role will be:Complex case management, including grievances and performance management.Talent development, including coaching and succession planning.Employee relations.Change management.Workplace culture.Workforce and organisational design.Diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism initiatives.Operational and strategic workforce planning.Our roles are flexible with hybrid working (3 days in an office and 2 days working from home).
