As the Reward Partner, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining robust remuneration frameworks and processes that ensure fair, equitable, and compliant practices across St John WA. Your expertise will guide senior management and stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding remuneration policies and strategies.
The role is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm at our Belmont State Office.
What you'll do: Advise senior management on remuneration and rewards for informed decisions. Oversee and govern the remuneration framework. Conduct annual reviews to maintain competitive and fair pay packages. Ensure transparent communication of remuneration processes. Perform remuneration assessments and develop accurate position descriptions. Ensure legal compliance with remuneration and benefits. Coordinate data for Mercer benchmarking survey. Validate pay rates in line with agreements and award increases. What you'll need: Tertiary qualification in HR or experience in remuneration and reward management (highly desirable). Strong analytical skills and market insight. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Working knowledge of remuneration compliance and regulations. Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands. What's in it for you?
