About the Position
As a strategic HR Executive, you will drive business success by optimizing talent acquisition, development, and retention. You will create and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a motivated and engaged workforce that propels the company forward.
What You'll Do
Take part in end-to-end recruitment processes. Collaborate with functional managers to deliver L&D programs, facilitate a learning culture. Deliver exceptional employee experience and ensure high satisfaction of employee engagement activities. Assist in performance management. Monitor compensation and benefits programs. Handle employee relations, HR compliance and audits. Support creation and implementation of process, policies, handbooks, and programs. What You Come With
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, English, Law, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position. Skillful and knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Understanding of labor regulations and laws. Familiarity with HRIS and tools like G-suite, Canva. Critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems proactively. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Honest, detailed, patient, supportive, and can-do attitude. Good content writing skills and English communication skills. Here's a Taste of What's on Offer
