About the role We are currently seeking full-time HR Data & Reporting Analyst role based in Brisbane, QLD. Well, a bit about us. Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, your responsibilities include development and delivery of HR metrics, reports and dashboards to enable progressive and innovate data-driven business decisions. The role is driven by continuous improvement, reporting automation and best practice HR data and analytics ensuring alignment with organisational requirements, processes, and overall HR Systems and Data Strategy.

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools. Support the analysis of data to identify trends and communicate findings to meet requirements of relevant stakeholders. Work in collaboration with the IT Team to automate and integrate systems and support HR data management across systems. Provide a high level of systems and data knowledge and advice to the business. Assist to upskill the HR team in leveraging data and technology to create accurate alignment of metrics, more efficient reporting and analytical processes. Ensure systems and data governance are adhered to, ensuring confidence in the confidentiality of all HR data. Ensure HR data is secured in line with the delegation of authority and be vigilant with accessibility of confidential information. Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements. Ensure awareness of current trends in HRIS and HR Data with a focus on developing innovative solutions to meet business requirements. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation aligned to organisational requirements
About you Knowledge of best practice metrics and measurements (such as attrition, turnover and headcount) used in the field of HR Management or within People and Culture functions. Experience developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar. Understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes. Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative and find solutions. Proven ability to operate discretely and appropriately in relation to the confidentiality of employee related data. Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
