Job DescriptionYour role will include, but is not limited to:Coordinate HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.Manage the HR inbox for all tier-1 enquiries.Assist with performance management procedures.Oversee employee record-keeping and ensure compliance with relevant laws.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:Prior experience in a similar HR role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
