About The Role As a HR Advisor at Lumary, you will own all administration and coordination across the employee journey and have responsibilities in providing support to employees and managers on their HR-related queries and needs. Work closely with the Employee Journey Team, reporting to the Employee Journey Team Lead. This role's responsibilities will support across the entire Lumary team; we are based in Australia, United States and the Philippines.
This role is perfect for a current HR Coordinator with a few years of experience, looking for their next step towards becoming a HR Advisor. The day to day role may look likeManaging all employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Handling changes in employment conditions, including contract amendments and coordination with IT and Finance teams.Responding to employee queries (including employee relations and grievances), ensuring quality and timely responsiveness, and productive outcomes or escalation as required.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR system information and staff records.Supporting the Employee Journey team and collaborate across teams to achieve Lumary's objectives and key results.Assisting with ad-hoc recruitment and learning activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and e-learning content creation.Optimising and continuous improvement of our people systems, procedures, policies, and processes of work.Staying updated on relevant legislation changes impacting the business and employees.Supporting various organisational and cultural initiatives, including brand events, staff volunteering, and internal communications.You Are Passionate About Pursuing service over self-interest, where the need for credit and personal ambition is far less important than creating results that serve a common good.Learning and growing personally and professionally all the time, and being comfortable to learn through doing.Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.Solving complex problems through holistic and people-centric thinking and approaches.Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.Policies, processes and systems being used and adhered to, and ensuring stakeholders are aware of these processes and helping them through what they need to do to be compliant.You HaveTertiary qualification in Human Resources or related qualification.Prior experience working in a similar environment as a Generalist HR Coordinator, and you're looking for your next career step.A developing understanding of HR laws and regulations, such as Fair Work Act, health and safety acts and regulations.
