A manufacturing business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Consultant for a two-month temporary contract. This role will contribute to two HR projects: policy development and an Award payment review. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, gain exposure and experience in a progressive and growing organisation.
Opportunity to contribute to significant HR projects Flexible work culture, open to part-time or full-time candidates WFH options and an office based in Melbourne eastern surburbs What You'll Do: As a HR Consultant, your role will include reviewing and aligning policies across various businesses within the Group drafting clear HR policies that align with industry best practice. You will also conduct an Award review and Award payment audit for a select group of employees. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Review and align policies across various businesses under the Group Conduct an Award review for all staff covered by an Industry Award Performing an Award pay audit of production staff Drafting and updating HR policies with precision and clarity Creating PowerPoint presentations as required What You Bring: The ideal candidate for this is experienced in reviewing and developing HR policies and Award interpretation. You have an eye for detail that ensures all work is completed to the highest standard and you'll utilise PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex information and recommendations. You'll work both independently and collaboratively. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
