About the role: Support the Principal Human Resource Consultant to apply and embed the department's health, safety, and wellbeing systems and governance elements, with a strong focus on risk management processes, resources, tools and advice.Support managers and individuals by responding to hazard and incident reports, referring to appropriate supports and guiding continual improvement actions.Provide HSW advice in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, regulations, codes of practice, Australian Standards and departmental guidelines.Contribute to the evaluation of HSW performance through compiling and analysing accurate, timely, and reliable qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to inform management reporting, improve systems and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the broader Human Resources team, as well as departmental networks to continually develop effective client relationships.Other duties as directed and required.Why join us?
