If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!We are currently recruiting a NEW and EXCITING permanent fulltime role as a HR Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating the current working rhythm and processes of HR Business Partners, with a focus on enhancing efficiency.The role's key duties and responsibilities include:Work closely with PAC departments (OD, Recruitment, Volunteering, Payroll, WHS, Operations) to ensure alignment of the HR Business Partner role with business context, fostering collaboration and strong working relationships to streamline processes and achieve shared goals efficiently.Conduct a thorough review of current HR Business Partner practices and processes to assess their effectiveness and identify opportunities for time-saving and improvement.Provide recommendations for realigning responsibilities to shift to an outcome focus resulting in enhanced productivity and a focus on high-priority tasks.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from HR Business Partners and PAC team members regarding time management challenges.Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance efficiency in HR operations, helping HR Partners focus more on strategic initiatives.Review process documentation to reflect any changes in procedures or compliance requirements.Your qualifications, experience and competencies:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in HR or Business Process Analysis.Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analytics.Understanding of legal frameworks and governance.Benefits: Hybrid/Flexible working arrangements, salary packaging benefits, employee wellness and rewards programs, Fitness Passport and retail discounts from selected retailers, and MORE!Job Location: Currently located in Norwest and relocating to our brand new and modern offices based in Macquarie Park early 2025!Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as applications may be reviewed prior to the closing date.Apply today to be part of an organization that values integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence in everything we do!Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.For more information email the Anglicare Talent Acquisition Team at ****** Close Date: November 25, 2024
