Be a part of our Team!We are looking for an experienced Retail HR Professional to support to the Richemont Team in Oceania, being the first point of contact for all matters regarding Human Resources to Retail Staff in Oceania.If you are a proven HR Professional with a heart for luxury retail, we welcome you to apply now !HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?HRISTo ensure accurate data is entered into the Human Resources Information System as requiredTo monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)To provide managers and department heads with HR reports, such as Annual Leave, FTE, Attrition rates, etc.Compensation and BenefitsTo ensure accurate and correct information is submitted to payroll prior to the payroll deadline and to co-ordinate to ensure a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments)To gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.Employee RelationsTo foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communicationTo conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffTo manage employee complaints, disputes and grievances and to report them to the HR ManagerTo coach, guide and support the brand managers and employees in the organisation to foster positive working relationshipsImplement strong partnerships and working relationships with those within your area of responsibilityRecruitment and SelectionWork with Talent Acquisition Partner on all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient mannerConduct interviews and assessments for all Retail rolesMaintain up-to-date recruitment progress report and all related staffing communicationSupport L&D with orientation programs for new employee to the businessTraining and DevelopmentIdentify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordinglyManaging, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organizationTo lead, own and participate in Group, Regional and Local projects as requiredBudget, Financial ReportingTo support the annual people costs budget for submission to Maison/Function as requiredTo perform all necessary people cost budget updates with submission to Maison/Function as requiredTo ensure that all people costs fall within the dedicated budget for the Maison in countryTo partner closely with Local HR Business Partners to ensure relevant data for budgeting and financial reporting is accurate and to ensure alignment with Maison/Function visionHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and our Maisons.
