We have an exclusive opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client's operation based in central West NSW. About the RoleAs the HR Business Partner for multiple sites, you will report to the National HR Manager and play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver seamless and proactive HR services across the site, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Development:

Collaborate with site leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive continuous improvement and support business goals. Assist in developing and applying a comprehensive HR strategy in conjunction with the wider HR and Safety Department.Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry standards. Foster positive relationships through mentoring, coaching, and supporting leadership teams.Talent Management:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Engage with universities to promote the employee brand and attract graduates.Workforce Planning:

Analyse workforce trends and develop staffing plans that optimise labour costs while meeting operational needs. Integrate recruitment, succession planning, and culture development into workforce planning.Compensation & Benefits:

Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive salary structures, benefits packages, and reward programs.Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and generating required reports. Abide by Work, Health, and Safety protocols, ensuring safety and regulatory responsibilities are met.Change Management:

Support the implementation of organisational changes, including restructures, process improvements, and culture initiatives. Empower leadership teams through coaching and mentoring to drive positive change.Health & Safety:

Partner with the safety team to promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and policies.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or AHRI certification/membership are desirable.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. Proven problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive solutions and continuous improvement.Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of employment laws, industrial relations, HR best practices, and injury management.Attributes:

A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, exceptional data and digital literacy, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices.What's On OfferCompetitive Package:
