Hr Business Partner

TP Human Capital is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Townsville for a temporary 4-6 week assignment starting as soon as possible. This role will concentrate on performance management, conflict resolution, and employment relations. The position is crucial for managing backfill requirements and handling award enquiries. We are open to considering part-time candidates if that is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with performance reviews and development plans.Provide support for performance improvement processes.Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.Offer mediation and practical solutions to workplace issues.Handle employment relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.Manage backfill for HR functions and provide additional support as needed.Respond to and manage inquiries related to awards and agreements.Ensure correct application of awards and relevant regulations.Qualifications: Experience in HR with a focus on performance management and employment relations.Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.Knowledge of employment laws and awards.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Preferred: Relevant HR qualification or certification.Previous experience in a similar HRBP role.Applications: To apply for this position please click "Apply Now" below.
