You'll assist in coordinating employee resources, draft and support negotiations of Enterprise Agreements, provide valuable industrial relations and employee relations counsel to branch leaders, and facilitate various HR functions, including disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving legislative compliance, fostering a positive work culture, developing employee talent and ensuring seamless HR operations.You will be responsible for but not be limited to:Collaborate with Branch Management on workforce planning and staffing needs.Draft, analyse, interpret, and negotiate Enterprise Agreements.Work with employees, employee representatives and union organisers to create industrial harmony.Provide expert advice and support on HR matters to branch leaders, that fosters our desired performance culture.Facilitate disciplinary procedures and performance management following company policies.Conduct workplace investigations into employee grievances.Create human resources documents and correspondence which limit risk in industrial and employee relations matters.Coach and advise branch leaders on HR policies and procedures.Deliver accurate and informative reports to internal and external stakeholders.We are after people with the following attributes:Experience in a related HR position, preferably in heavy industry, construction or mining.Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.Proficiency in EBA/Award Interpretation and negotiation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands.Team orientated mindset with a commitment to excellence.Superior analytical skills, to review and recommend change initiatives which improve employee resource management.Effective change management knowledge to support employees and leaders in Human Resource change initiatives.Someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a changing and uncertain environment and who is driven to continuously improve for the benefit of all employees.This role will service our Hunter Valley, Orange and Smeaton Grange operations, and so there will be flexibility in location of work and hybrid working opportunities.How to Apply: Please use the 'apply now' link and follow the application process.
