The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the national HR and Safety team for this Australian owned business. This position involves partnering closely with various leaders to provide guidance and coaching, driving a people strategy aimed at enhancing business capability and performance.

You will be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources, previous experience working with a client group of both blue and white collar staff will be highly regarded.
