This organisation is the largest in its industry and employs in excess of 2,000 staff nationally. The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the national HR and Safety team for this Australian owned business. This position involves partnering closely with various leaders to provide guidance and coaching, driving a people strategy aimed at enhancing business capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive, business focused solutions to the business.Providing counsel to managers and employees on a range of People-related issues such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.Serving as a primary contact for complex employee cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.Coaching managers on best practices in people management, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement.Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and staying abreast of regulatory changes.What's on Offer: Opportunities for career development and advancement.Access to employee discounts, benefits, and wellness programs.Additional leave purchase options, novated leasing, and salary sacrifice.12 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, in addition to government schemes.About You: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.Experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.Emotional intelligence and analytical capabilities to deliver effective solutions.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.Profound knowledge of modern HR practices and familiarity with employee and industrial relations frameworks.SAP Success Factors experience is advantageous.The successful candidate will have considerable experience within a similar role/environment, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way. You will be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources, previous experience working with a client group of both blue and white collar staff will be highly regarded.
