Every member of the team is a self-starter with a growth mindset, who is highly motivated and keen to add value to the people and culture agenda at the University.About the opportunityLead a small team of HR practitioners to assist with the professional execution of HR Business Partnering Services.Develop influential relationships with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people and culture imperatives and targets.Take a lead role in the design and implementation of key people and culture initiatives specifically organisational change, culture and engagement, performance development and leadership capability.Coach, develop and support your team to deliver exceptional service and business outcomes.About youExperienced HR practitioner who is excited to lead others and partner closely with executive/senior leaders on operational and strategic people and culture initiatives.Confident in working in a high volume, complex matrix environment.Demonstrated experience in working in complex strategic and operational contexts and the ability to adapt and respond when required.Outstanding communication skills, growth mindset, strong customer service ethos and ability to innovate and provide sound judgment will be critical to your success, as is the ability to influence, think creatively and exercise effective judgment in a dynamic environment.Thrives in working in greenfield contexts and takes pride in building and owning stakeholder relationships.Please apply online via the Apply Now button.
