About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in their Perth office.

The role will be part of their centralised HR Business Partner team, who will support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration. Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance. Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters. Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews. Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation. Leadership development and succession planning. Skills & Experience: Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree essential. Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficial. Demonstrated experience in HR, with strong business partnering experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build high-trust relationships. Flexibility and adaptability to pivot and work across various operating sites to corporate functions when required.
