The Parramatta office holds circa 200 employees primarily in corporate functions in addition to satellite workers and smaller sites across Australia and New Zealand (348 headcount).
You will report into the HR Director who is based on site and work alongside 2 others in the HR team.
Job Description Provide strategic HR support to business leaders within your department portfolio (primary corporate functions such as finance, supply chain etc.
)Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.Lead on Compensation & Benefits strategy (promotions, succession planning, retention, bonuses etc.
)Oversee employee relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment and mitigating any potential risk.Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.Use your data presentation and Excel skills to drive insights - especially around compensation, benefits and retention.Support with systems and process improvement; hands-on implementation.The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Intermediate level experience with compensation & benefits is essential.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Generalist.Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and data analysis.Experience in white collar / corporate environments.What's on Offer A competitive annual salary ranging between $125,000 and $140,000.1 day work from home - hybrid working.Parramatta, Sydney.
