We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will partner closely with Support Office teams on a wide range of HR generalist activity including, reporting and analytics, employee relations, organisational design, recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.We are seeking an experienced HR professional from a fast-paced, customer-focused environment who's eager to expand their skills and impact. If you're ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.THE ROLE:Working alongside the broader HR Team to deliver our HR StrategyPartner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HRSupport with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the businessAnalyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policiesManage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirementsSupport with the execution of organisational designDrive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planningPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment processPartner with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolioMaintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updatesEnsure performance and development plans and processes are embedded and completedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and AgreementsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated experience in using data to drive HR strategiesHighly organised with strong planning and organisational skillsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirableABOUT BRANDBANK GROUP:Brandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
