We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will partner closely with Support Office teams on a wide range of HR generalist activity including, reporting and analytics, employee relations, organisational design, recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.

THE ROLE: Working alongside the broader HR Team to deliver our HR Strategy Partner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HR Support with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement) Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the business Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policies Manage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements Support with the execution of organisational design Drive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planning Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment process Partner with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolio Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updates Ensure performance and development plans and processes are embedded and completed THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environment Strong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and Agreements Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated experience in using data to drive HR strategies Highly organised with strong planning and organisational skills A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirable ABOUT BRANDBANK GROUP: Brandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
