About the Role:
As our HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our organisation, working closely with staff across multiple sites to ensure the smooth operations for the business.
This role demands a high level of engagement and a genuine enthusiasm for being in the thick of things alongside our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER)
• Handling complaints and performance management for staff across various roles
• Implementing and following HR systems and processes already in place
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Serving as the go-to expert for all people and culture matters
• Working onsite full-time (5 days a week) with opportunities for career progression as the role and business continues to evolveWhat We're Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role with a strong IR/ER focus ideally
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation, Fair Work Act, and modern awards
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and seek out solutions in a dynamic environmentThis is a full time permanent position based on the central Gold Coast region. You will be required to work on site 5 days a week as this is a hands on people facing role.
