As the Human Resource Business Partner for Queensland, reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative People and Performance team. In this role, you will support a diverse leadership group across multiple sites and take ownership of a range of responsibilities!
Your role:
Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to provide advice on people-related matters, including employment relations, performance and conduct, people leadership, policies and procedures, change management, remuneration and diversity and inclusionLead and support local enterprise agreement negotiations and foster productive union relationshipsSupport leaders in the management of employment relations matters, including conducting workplace investigationsCoach, support and influence leaders to develop and sustain a constructive cultureSupport governance initiatives and assist to standardise and simplify people processesUnderstand the people needs in areas such as talent and organisational development, diversity and inclusion, performance management and leadership development and work with the broader P&C team to develop and execute strategic people initiativesWork with the L&D team to build capability of front-line leadersDrive local implementation of people processes such as remuneration and performance reviews and talent and succession processesPartner with key stakeholders for recruiting and ensure new hires have a positive and seamless experienceRequirements:
Demonstrated business partnering experience within a large, complex operational environment, supporting a diverse, multi-site workforceExperience in the application of workplace relations legislation and frameworksDemonstrated experience working in a unionised environment, leading and assisting with negotiating Enterprise Agreements and building productive union relationshipsThe ability to build strong relationships, develop trust and influence a variety of stakeholdersA high level of proficiency in advising on all aspects of the employee life cycleThe ability to develop, implement and embed new processes, policies and systems in a complex environmentTertiary studies in a HR or business-related degree preferredAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
