About This Role As a HR Business Partner, you will be an active member of the HR Team, with your primary responsibility being to engage and work collaboratively with members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their departments, providing well-rounded, pragmatic HR solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor and be the 'go-to' person for HR queries.
You will also support other members of the HR team with employment-related queries and/or people-focused projects with the purpose of continuously improving the employee experience.
Please note this role will be a Fixed Term Role (Maternity Leave Cover), ending early November 2025 and will be based at our Head Office in Homebush, NSW.
